About these terms
These terms govern the use of pash-cut, operated by Path Shards. By authorizing pash-cut on a TikTok account, you agree to them.
The service
pash-cut uploads short video clips programmatically to the inbox of an authorized TikTok account, as drafts. The app never publishes anything on its own: every draft is reviewed, captioned and published by the account owner in the TikTok app.
Who may use it
pash-cut is used only with TikTok accounts that belong to its operator. Nobody else is offered an account, a sign-up or a paid plan.
Your responsibilities
Whoever authorizes the app is responsible for the content uploaded to their account and for what they publish from it.
- Publish only content you have the right to publish, respecting the rights of third parties, including copyright and the terms of each content license.
- Follow TikTok's own rules, including the TikTok Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- Do not use the app to upload unlawful, misleading or harmful content.
Privacy
The data the app receives from TikTok, and why, is described in the Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.
No warranty
The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Uploads may fail or be delayed, for example when TikTok is unavailable or changes its API.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Path Shards is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the app, including lost uploads, lost views or account actions taken by TikTok.
Ending the use of the app
You can stop using the app at any time: revoke its access in the TikTok app, under Settings and privacy, Security and permissions, Manage app permissions. Access ends immediately.
Path Shards may stop offering the app at any time.
Changes to these terms
These terms may change. The effective date at the top of the page shows when they last changed.
